WellCraft Drilling

Terms of Service

Effective September 23, 2026

These terms cover your use of wellcraftdrilling.com, the estimates you request from us, and the text messages we send. Please read them. By using our website, submitting a form, or agreeing to receive texts, you agree to these terms. If you hire us to drill, the written estimate or agreement for your job also applies, and it controls if it says something different from this page.

Who we are

"WellCraft Drilling," "we," "us" and "our" mean MM&I Logging Inc, doing business as WellCraft Drilling, a family-owned water well drilling contractor based in Athol, Idaho, and licensed by the Idaho Department of Water Resources. "You" means anyone who uses our website or contacts us.

Information on this website

Everything on this website is general information to help you understand how a water well gets drilled. It is not a quote, a bid or a promise about your property. Any depths, costs or timelines mentioned on the site are examples and ranges, not guarantees.

Estimates and our work

  • Estimates are free and are based on a visit to your property and the public well records for nearby wells.
  • Nobody can see underground. The depth of a well, how much water it produces, and the quality of that water depend on the ground under your property. We will tell you straight what the records around you show, but we cannot guarantee a depth, a flow rate, water quality, or that water will be found at any given depth.
  • Scheduling depends on weather, ground conditions, permits and rig availability. Dates we give you are our honest best estimate.
  • Permits. We file the well construction permit and required notices with the Idaho Department of Water Resources. You agree to give us accurate information about your property, including property lines, access for a drilling rig, and the location of septic systems, buried lines and other features you know about.
  • Pumps. We drill the well. The pump and the hookup to your home are done by an independent pump contractor. If we help arrange that work, the pump contractor is responsible for it, and their own terms and pricing apply.
  • Payment terms, warranties and other job details are set in your written estimate or agreement.

  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
